The reservation is confirmed from the Hotel once it has received a 250,00 euro deposit. If the reservations are cancelled by the guest, the deposit is non
refundable. There will be a penalty equal to the cost of 3 days double occupancy to hotel stays that are reserved but not terminated. Meals not consumed are
not deductable in FB and HB.
