Price per week per apartment. Check-in 16:00h, Check-out 10:00h. The prices include water and electricity; Private beach not included; Air conditioning €6,00 per day. Final cleaning charge €32,00. Linen and towels €12,00 per person. Deposit €100,00. Balance on arrival.
The reservation is confirmed from the Hotel once it has received a 250,00 euro deposit. If the reservations are cancelled by the guest, the deposit is non refundable. There will be a penalty equal to the cost of 3 days double occupancy to hotel stays that are reserved but not terminated. Meals not consumed are not deductable in FB and HB.
